No. To protect both buyers and sellers, exchanging personal contact details (phone, email, social media, etc.) is not allowed. All communication must happen through Jelly's built-in messaging system.

Payment is held in escrow until both parties confirm delivery and mark the order as complete. Sellers should upload proof of delivery (e.g., screenshots, tracking info) in case of disputes. If a buyer raises a dispute, Jelly reviews the evidence and arbitrates the outcome.
Can I cancel an auction after it starts?
Once a bid is placed, auctions can only be canceled with a $100 cancellation fee.
