Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 29, 2026
These terms are a binding agreement between you and the jelly.fun operators. Affiliates and contributors who help run the site are protected by them. We do not name a separate company, a person, or a street address on this page. If you do not accept every part of these terms, do not use the site and do not connect a wallet.
1. Accepting these terms
By visiting jelly.fun, connecting a Jelly wallet, turning on quick trade, placing or attempting a trade, using an invite code, or joining a promotion, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Connecting a wallet is acceptance.
"The site" means the jelly.fun website and the screens, videos, quotes, wallet tools, and promotions we make available on it. "We" and "us" mean the jelly.fun operators, and, where a protection in these terms extends to them, their affiliates and contributors.
2. What the site is
jelly.fun is a social trading interface. It shows videos, token pages, prices, and controls that can send a trade through your own Jelly wallet. You choose whether to trade, what to trade, and how much. A quote, a video, a leaderboard, or a button is not a recommendation.
We do not take custody of your assets. We do not hold your private keys or your seed phrase. Your wallet stays yours. A trade that is signed and submitted is your trade. Blockchain transactions are often irreversible. Digital assets are volatile and can lose all of their value, including going to zero.
The site is not a broker, exchange, dealer, custodian, underwriter, investment adviser, commodity adviser, or tax adviser. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Get your own advice before you trade or before you rely on anything you see here.
3. You must be 18
You may use the site only if you are at least 18 years old and the law where you live allows you to use a crypto trading interface and to join the promotions we run. You are responsible for that legal check. We may refuse, limit, or end access if we believe you do not qualify, and we do not have to explain that decision.
4. Your wallet, your PIN, and invite codes
You are responsible for your Jelly wallet, your devices, your seed phrase, your keys, and your wallet PIN. You are responsible for anyone who uses them with your permission or because you did not keep them safe. If you turn on quick trade, the PIN is held in the memory of that page so the page can sign while it stays open. That convenience does not move responsibility for the trade, the PIN, or the wallet onto us. Turn quick trade off when you are done, and do not use it on a shared device.
If you use, share, or post an invite code, you are responsible for that use. Do not use a code, a name, a video, or a post to mislead anyone about who you are, what a token is, or what a promotion pays.
5. The Knicks ticket challenge
The Knicks ticket challenge is a promotion. It is conditional. Tickets are released only if $10,000,000 in platform trading volume is hit before the first winner is announced. If that volume is not reached before the first winner is announced, the tickets are not released.
Applying, trading, posting, picking a team, or appearing on a board does not mean you will win, that a ticket will be issued to you, or that the volume target will be hit. We may change, pause, or cancel the promotion, correct a tally, and refuse an application that does not follow the rules shown on the site. We will announce a winner if the promotion reaches that step. A public announcement is how the result is communicated. It is not a promise that a ticket has already been released.
6. Third-party systems
Sign-in, wallets, balances, prices, charts, and trades depend on other systems, including Jelly, Jupiter, Solana, and public data services. We do not control those systems. Their outages, delays, bad prices, fee changes, rule changes, and failures are theirs. A number on the site can be late or wrong. Check it before you trade. You pay network fees and any fees those services charge. We are not a party to the relationship between you and those services except as the interface that sends the request you start.
7. Risks you accept
You use the site at your own risk. You understand and accept, among other risks, that:
- any token, including one shown in a video or on a leaderboard, can become worthless;
- prices can move before, during, and after a trade, and a trade can fail, fill in part, or fill at a worse price;
- wallets, keys, smart contracts, bridges, and protocols can fail or be attacked;
- phishing, spoofed tokens, and impersonation are common, and you must verify what you sign;
- information from other people, including creators and commenters, can be incomplete or wrong; and
- regulatory treatment of crypto can change and can restrict your ability to trade or to withdraw.
You are solely responsible for your decisions. Past volume, a chart, or another person's trade is not a prediction.
8. The site is provided as is
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any token, video, price, balance, or promotion will meet your expectations. Any warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed is limited to the shortest period and the narrowest scope the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, the jelly.fun operators, their affiliates, and their contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, lost opportunities, or lost tokens, whether or not we were told those losses were possible, and whether the claim is in contract, negligence, or any other theory.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of the site, a trade, a promotion, or these terms will not exceed the fees you actually paid to jelly.fun during the three months before the claim arose. If you paid no fees to jelly.fun in that period, the cap is one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). If the law will not allow a cap that low, the cap is the lowest amount that law allows, and no higher.
These limits are a basic part of the bargain. The site is made available on that basis. They apply to the operators, affiliates, and contributors together, as one cap, not a cap for each of them. They do not limit liability that a statute says cannot be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion is forbidden. Where a consumer law gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right stays in place and these limits apply only past it.
10. Release of claims
To the maximum extent the law allows, you release and forever discharge the jelly.fun operators, their affiliates, and their contributors from every claim, demand, damage, and cause of action, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of your use of the site, a wallet, a trade, a third-party system, an invite code, or the Knicks ticket challenge. Where the law requires a specific waiver of unknown claims, you give that waiver. You understand that you may later discover facts that would have mattered, and you accept that risk.
11. You agree not to sue, and only as yourself
You agree not to sue the jelly.fun operators, their affiliates, or their contributors, and not to bring or pursue a claim against them, for any dispute arising out of the site, these terms, a wallet, a trade, an invite code, or a promotion.
You agree that any dispute will be brought only in your individual capacity, for your own claim. You will not start, join, or participate in a class action, a class arbitration, a collective action, a private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding. You waive a trial by jury to the extent the law allows.
If a law will not enforce the agreement not to sue, the rest of this section still stands. The dispute must still be individual. You still will not participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. You still waive a jury to the extent the law allows. Where the law allows a pre-dispute arbitration agreement, that individual dispute will be decided by binding arbitration before one neutral arbitrator, not in court and not before a jury. The arbitrator may award individual relief only. There is no class arbitration and no representative arbitration. If the law will not enforce arbitration either, the dispute may be filed only as an individual case in a court that has jurisdiction over the parties, still without a class and still without a jury if that waiver is allowed.
If a decision maker finds that the ban on class or representative proceedings cannot be enforced for a particular dispute, then arbitration will not be used for that dispute, and the dispute still may be brought only on an individual basis to the extent the law allows. The release, the liability cap, and the agreement not to participate in a class action survive that finding.
12. You will cover our losses
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the jelly.fun operators, their affiliates, and their contributors from and against any claim, loss, liability, damage, and reasonable legal cost arising out of your use of the site, your trades, your content, your wallet, your invite-code use, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or of someone else's rights. We may participate in the defense with our own counsel at our own initial expense, without limiting your duty to indemnify. You will not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by us or imposes an obligation on us unless we agree in writing.
13. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to manipulate a market, to impersonate another person, to interfere with the site, or to distribute malware. Do not attempt to get around a limit, scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or use someone else's wallet without authority. We may suspend or stop access when we believe these rules are broken. Doing so is not an admission that we monitor every trade or every post.
14. We can change these terms
We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the site, connect a wallet, or place a trade after that posting, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site and disconnect your wallet. A change applies going forward. It does not revive a claim that was already barred.
15. General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the jelly.fun operators about the site. If a court or arbitrator holds one part unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is narrowed to the minimum needed to make it valid. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including a network outage, a chain halt, a third-party failure, or a change in law. Sections that by their nature should survive โ including eligibility, risk, warranties, liability, release, the agreement not to sue, the class and jury waivers, arbitration if it applies, and indemnity โ survive after you stop using the site.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the public channels jelly.fun already uses. This page does not publish a separate legal entity, postal address, or personal name.
